Event Capacity in OLX Event Forms needs to sync with the Event Capacity in the RE Event Record
Rather than pull the capacity from the linked event record, an event capacity in Online Express must be defined for each event form. Unfortunately, this does not take into account registrations sold offline and manually batched in RE. Since the capacity in OLX does not sync with the actual event record, events have a high risk of being oversold. Event Forms in BBNC automatically sync with the event capacity in Raiser's Edge so events are never oversold. This same functionality should be applied to all OLX event forms.

Because OLX's capacity does not correspond to the actual event record, events run the danger of being oversold quordle. As a result, BBNC event forms immediately sync up with Raiser's Edge event capacity, ensuring that events are never oversubscribed.
