Including multiple fund designations in ONE transaction
We often have donors who will designate their donation to multiple funds, eg: Membership and a General Donation. The total amount is then applied as a single transaction to the credit card. It appears OX does not have this function, which is sadly inferior. With this limited design capability, it means that should a donor which to renew his/her membership, AND make an additional gift at the same time, they would have to make two transactions. This is not efficient, and needs serious consideration in improvement.

Heartily agree - we have donors who want to support two different funds, but don't want to have to fill out all the info - name, address, card #, etc, twice.
