Ability to automatically load hard bounces and opt outs
It would be great to have the option of automatically being able to mass load opt outs by unchecking the primary check box for emails and checking the inactive box as well as Request no email box on the record when people opt out of emails. Also, it would be great if there was a way to mass load hard bounces and be able to uncheck the primary box and then check the in active box in the record.

Right now you have to do it manually and we use two other web P2P platforms that allow the the user in the backend to push the receipt out again with one click: Penalty Kick Online

It would be better to be able to specify what OLX/RE will do...i.e. change the Phone Type, add a comment, don't touch the Request No Email box because there could be other, still valid, email addresses on the record, etc.
