OLX should automatically updated records within RE database when hard bounces occur
I almost feel like what exactly is the point of using OLX for email appeals if the system isn't going to update the records in RE. That means that all hard bounces I have to go in and run a report from OLX and then update each record individually within RE. I feel like OLX should have the capability to update the records within RE. Hopefully this is in the works.

These sort of updates should be automatic to whatever we decide it to be, e.g. add us an option to put a comment against hard bounced email addresses, or a tick box that is automatically ticked if OLX received/identified one.

I agree, even if I have to say that OLX automatically remove from mailing constituents who have opted-out in the past. Also you can see if they have opted-out through the appeal tab, so if you update your exclusion query with anyone who has opt-out on the response of an appeal that should work.
I agree with Hannah. If OLX doesn't do this, I might as well stick with MailChimp and continue to manually reconcile the two lists.
