Merged currently the receipt generated from Online Express has "Official donation receipt for Income Tax purposes" in large print on the top, but does not contain the IRS required "no goods or services" clause. There is not even an option to add it. It s...2 Shipped

The E-Receipt is garbage and doesn't include the correct IRS language. This hasn't been updated in 4 years. Please consider letting organization update this they way you can on RENXT.

The electronic receipt that is generated looks very unprofessional. It should be editable.

It's hard to believe this feature has not been updated or corrected since users pointed out the flaws in having an E-Receipt that is not editable. The E-Receipt we have looks terrible and isn't complete. As stated below, at minimum the E-Receipt should say the donor has received no goods or services for the donation. The client should have the ability to update this to make the look and feel of the receipt cohesive with their brand identity. These receipts need to be editable!!! ASAP!

We use the event registration form for events and yet the ereceipt says 'donation'. There needs to be an option to edit the ereceipt wording - particularly for event registration forms where people might need a receipt for taxation purposes but cannot claims it as a donation.

Yes, these receipts do not seem to meet the standards for receipts as required by the IRS. Please make these editable!

Even though this is meant to be a tax receipt only, it would be good if we are able to add variable text as a short thank you along with the receipt details. Also, as our tax receipts carry the signature of the CEO it would be good if we could resize the signature as it currently prints 10 times the original size. Doesn't matter what we do in prepping the file to insert, the signature always prints the same.

I may be misunderstanding what these voters are asking for, but you can edit your eReceipts in Online Express under Account/Receipt Options.

Auditors requires verbiage for receipted donations stating that the donor has received no goods or services in consideration of their contribution. Including the fund is also a critical element for both the donor (who may gift to several different funds in the course of a year) and per auditing requirements particular for large $ value gifts. Surprised that these two issues have not been raised yet unless I've missed it.
