Be able to choose Unsubscribe functions

We would like donors to get a landing page when they choose the unsubscribe button. Some of them only want to stop receiving solicitation emails, but would still like to receive our newsletters and information. They should be able to pick and choose what they wish to opt out of...rather than an all or nothing.
