Send Online Express Message to Org Contact Types
The ability to select Org Contact types in the Mail is a terrific function. I'd like to see this applied to messaging in Online Express. Choosing Relationships to send to isn't a useful substitute or work around. We don't want to change our relationship types to Contact in order to send Online Express Messages to our Org Contacts. We are stuck either creating full Individual records for all of our key or primary Org Contacts or e-mailing those contacts outside of Online Express. Please add the ability to choose Org Contact Types to e-mail in Online Express.
