Add an option in Online Express/BBMS that would allow the donor to cover the processing fee.
When a donor makes a donation online through Online Express/BBMS, there should be an option that would allow the donor to cover the processing fee. Prior to switching over to BBMS we used Network for Good to process our online donations. NFG gives the donor the option to cover the processing fee. This allows the organization to receive the full donation amount.

Great suggestion! Allowing donors to cover the processing fee would help maximize the actual donation received. Transparency in financial transactions is always a plus!
