Add middle initial to Online Express form
Our organization does workplace campaigns with large school districts and corporate employers, where donors have the option of giving via payroll deduction. When there are employees with the same or similar names, it would be helpful to have a middle initial to ensure that the proper employee's payroll is being deducted. It also helps with credit card processing and constituent record-matching.
