Make Online Express update the individual's communication preferences on their record when they unsubscribe. Also have a system for updating records when people have hard bounces. It's currently a manual process and very time consuming!

    I think this is something you can achieve through Business Rules - we've set it up so that if someone unsubscribes from our emails they have a "no email" solicit code added, with a corresponding "opt out" consent entry - hope that helps!
