Online Express: Create a time frame that we can adjust so donors have to pay off a pledge by a specific date
Problem: Our School year runs/fiscal year runs until the end of June with parents setting up monthly donations to our annual fund. I manually have to go into online express each month and change the minimum payment amount so if a new donor decides to donate they will not be charged past the end of the school year.
The other problem: because of this we can not open up the box that allows donor to choose how much they would like to pledge as they may write in a number and therefore be able to take multiple years to pay it off.
