Constituent linking in Online Express
One frustration I have in downloading OLX transactions is having to spend so much time searching for the right constituent link over and over for repeat donors. I was not a huge fan of Sphere, but this is one thing it has all over OLX -- once you have linked constituents, a linking ID is recorded behind the scenes as a constituent attribute so that the next time the constituent makes an online gift, Sphere knows exactly who to link it to. It's a huge timesaver when you have a large number of gifts to download (end of December comes to mind) rather than having to search again for the same John Smith that you linked last month... Would LOVE to see this implemented in Online Express.
