Online Express View Only Access
Currently Online Express access allows users to modify all of the data in Online Express regardless of access level i.e. if you access to Online Express, you can modify donation pages, Event pages and change fund and appeal info on the donation pages. Would like to allow certain IT and Fundraising staff access to Online Express but the access should be limited to View Only i.e. they can view only performance data for donation pages at a high level with no access to change any of the pages. There should also be functionality that allows access to certain tabs on the Online Express such as Email Marketing.

As we are getting into using OLX, my office has discussed who will be managing which pieces of it, and we now have to depend that everyone will be honest and just stick to their parts of it. That's fine for a small office, we are just 6, but what about when we grow to 20? or need to have IT involved? or marketing staff?
