Online Express: Allow single or select constituent update(s) during bulk processing.

I have found that when processing bulk Online Express donations that if you want to make an update to a constituent record, it's all or nothing. Example: Donor name is entered as all caps but a new email address is recorded. If I accept the email address change and reject the name change. I will get the name change included upon opening the bulk gift batch. However, if I decline all changes, no change is made. I don't have this problem when processing only one Online Express gift.
