Add suffix field to Online Express donation form
The Online Express donation form does not have a way to add suffixes like ", Jr.", "Ph.D", etc. These exist on the RE profiles, but there's no way to offer them on the online form. Right now, the only option is to include them in the Titles menu, where they don't belong.
