Right now, if a registrant chooses "Pay at Door" and the e-mail confirmation/confirmation screen template is set up to insert Registration Details, it drops in "Amount paid: $xx.xx" (even though NO MONEY HAS BEEN PAID) and then the next line says "Payment Method: Pay at Door." We cancelled an event and offered the option to transfer registration fees paid to another event registration, or refund registration fees paid. We actually had a registrant try to argue that she had paid the registration fees - based on the fact that her e-mail confirmation said "Amount paid: $50.00" within the dropped in Registration Details. I suggest that the wording there should be "Registration Fees: $xx.xx" instead of "Amount Paid: $xx.xx" - and then the next line would clearly indicate whether it was paid or not ("Payment Method: Visa Credit card ending in XXXX", or "Payment Method: Pay at Door".) Please consider correcting this to avoid future confusion.
