Changing Merge Field Wording in Online Express
Our organization uses Online Express not only for donations but for payments for a service. On the receipt the terms "Gift Date" and "Gift Payment' are unable to be changed as they are a merged field. This slight difference in wording between "gift" and "payment" can be both confusing and problematic for those sending us money. We have gotten reports of people unable to file a payment through an employer because it appears as though they've made a donation instead of a payment to us.
