Email marketing doesn't offer the ability for users to "opt out" from different consent categories; they either opt out of all OLX emails or none. My organization sends out different types of emails from OLX, so it creates a lot of extra work for us to update individuals that opt out depending on the types of emails we send out (event, general communications, etc.
Having the ability to add categories would enable these consent options to automate and correctly update on constituent records.

I see this comment was made in 2019. We are now dealing with this issue. Has there been any resolve around this? So if one of your constituents opts out, how do you not opt them out of all emails? How are you updating individuals that opt out to the specific mailing you sent out? Sounds like a lot of work, but it doesn't seem like there's another option. Thanks!
