Ability to send different confirmation emails for different types of event registrants

We would like to add an option to purchase a sponsored table on our event form, but there is no way for the purchaser to input the names of the 10 people who will sit at their table.  The price type for buying one table only allows for one individuals information. For our event we would like to know who the 10 people are that will sit at that table, but there is no way to allow the registrant fields to input that information. There is also no way to send different thank you emails for different registration types. If you purchase a single seat, your confirmation email will be different than if you purchased a sponsored table. For example, a confirmation email for a sponsored table would also have instructions on how to share your logo for display in our program.  Very disappointed at the limited function of Online Express.
