Add Honor/Memorial to Existing RE Constituent in Online Express
When a donor makes a gift in honor or in memory of an existing member of our community, our OE users are not able to add the honoree/memorial to an existing record unless that constituent record has an active honoree/memorial on their record already. For first time gifts in honor of an existing constituent, it would be great to create the honor/memorial at the same time as recording the same gift rather than having to exit out of the program.
