OLX Donations - No Fund Reference Field in BBMS
When donations are submitted via an online form in OLX and processed through BBMS, there is no quick way to determine, in BBMS, which fund the donation is linked to. Ideally, there would be a field in BBMS that would indicate the fund ID or name. When processing event registrations (onMessage) and applications (onBoard) via BBMS, the form title populates the "Comment" field so my finance staff can quickly establish where those funds should be allocated. Unfortunately, the comment field is blank when the source of the transaction is either a donation form (Online Express) or transaction batch (Raiser's Edge).
