Change the character maximum in the donation form's comment box
Right now, the RE donation form's comment box has a max character limit that is unknown until the user reaches it.
1. Add the character limit (like a countdown, etc) on both the user end and back end.
2. Make the character limit adjustable to allow the back end administrator/tech the ability to determine how much, if any or even unlimited, character space the user can use.
Not only will this allow for better customization of and on the donation form from a back end perspective, it will also provide donors context to how much they can type - how they can use the comment box best. Rather than surprising them and forcing them to reconfigure their thoughts.
