Allow collection of Gift Aid when making an event booking
The addition of the "make an additional donation" button has resulted in a number of donations from our alumni since its introduction. Several of these donations have been from previous non-donors. Would it be possible to add the ability to collect a Gift Aid declaration at the time of their donation (therefore boosting the value of their donation by 25%) for UK donors?
