Allow donors to cover credit card processing fees when making a donation

This would benefit the organization so that they can reap the benefits of the full donation. It also reminds donors that there is a fee associated with each transaction

Studies show that most donors will pay for the credit card fees, so I am surprised Online Express doesn't allow this. When I used other platforms this was an option and 80% of our donors paid these fees instead of them being a burden for the NPO. I don't understand the reasoning for Blackbaud not to offer this. I thought this was an option for eTapestry.
