Automate OLX Transactions
When people register for events the transactions and record information should be automatically downloaded into RE NXT. If someone registers and then calls to change it or if someone registers an hour before the program or event the record will not be found in the database until it is manually downloaded and participant lists or use of the mobile app will not be updated. Also if some one calls for us to register manually the event record itself will not be accurate and we can over book. We can have 5-20 programs a week with over 40 participants which means this download tool will need to be run manually by someone multiple times per day.
