Participant Query
OEX should be able to pull emails from a Participant query so that we can email to our event participants - who may or may not be a constituent in the database!

This really is an absolute must! This will allow us to feel out an attendee's interest while thanking them without having to create a record that may never have any future interaction. Especially since when hosted by BB you pay per number of constituent records.
