Add the ability to tie custom fields/required field to specific price types in a form
We're designing a form where we'd like to have all the price types for an event in one form, but we need to make a custom field required for one price type, and another custom field required for another. (Example, one price type is "non-profit", and we have to require that non-profits put in their EIN, but we don't want to force any other registrants to supply an EIN.)
