The ability to access all the data submitted thru an OLX form anytime.
Since in our contract it stipulates that the data belongs to us - why do we NOT have access to the OLX data? Sure it loads into RE, but there is no way to audit the entry of the data since it can be manipulated by the processor. I need to be able to prove to the Auditors that the data was submitted by the customer. The exports in OLX and BBMS do NOT show all the data. There should be one place where we can go to get the raw data at any time.
