We need Event Registration Forms on School Website (OnMessage) module to Talk to OLX

Blackbuad's School Website (OnMessage) has an event module but it is not the same as the OLX Events, nor does it talk to Raiser's Edge. They are two separate tools which makes one obsolete. Because of this, we also can not use the School Calendar effectively when it comes to registration events that we want to track in RE.
