To have reports for specific hard/soft bounced email addresses.
Our institute occasionally sends out massive emails that receives a large amount of bounced email addresses. In order for us to go about updating our constituent profiles and information, we need to know why email addresses are bouncing. Knowing whether it is a hard bounce or a soft bounce, and if a soft bounce, what kind of soft bounce. This will help us better understand how to address each bounced email--check for typos in the donor profile, contact the donor for an updated email, use a secondary email for future contact, etc. This would also help us analyze the information we are and are not being given by our constituents.
It would be ideal to receive, or have the ability to request, a report with the information for an email's bounced recipients via Blackbaud or directly in Online Express. This report would be a list of the email addresses that were hard bounces as well as a list of the email addresses that were soft bounces, including which type of soft bounce each email address was.

Hi there, I'm hoping someone helped you out with some of this in the meantime, as you are able to see hard and soft bounces (although no soft bounce details) - although OLX doesn't make it clear which is the soft bounce information and I've discovered today that the hard bounce information is removed from OLX after 30 days, for no obvious reason! I'll be raising a new Idea about this, for what it's worth. If you still need any more info, I can let you know what I know!
