Add option for a Recurring Gift to select the month they want to start and end their gift.
Donors may not want to start their donation right away but would like to set it up for later, like now they want to start in February because they already are donating elsewhere till January. Also having an end date so they can do it for several months instead of the entire year.

Yes, having an end date would help immensely, especially for online gifts which appear to come in open ended.
