In RE our Phone Type Fields are descriptive - Home Phone, Business Phone, Cell Phone, Personal Email, Business Email. etc. This is info we want to capture and use. However when our donors use the Online Express form there is no such choice for them, just generic Phone or Email, and only one field option for each, so even if we wanted to capture this more accurate information and in fact as much contact info as a donor wants to give us, we cannot. This is also inefficient - after we receive a donation and download to the donors record or create a new record we have to then go into each record and research and change Phone Type. There should be a way for Online Express to mirror the organizations Phone Type choices.
