Allow Bill Me Later Pledges to be downloaded into Batch WITHOUT donors having to choose a suggested Amt option
Allow pledges to be batched without having to choose a suggested amount, otherwise those who just say "hey I wanna pledge $2,500 but via stock... just letting you know you'll get the money later" can't do it online. And we run our Annual Fund campaign heavily online. Parents expect to be able to do this.
