Actual OLX and payment management training sessions
We are new to OLX and are dismayed by the lack of real training sessions around this. "Watch this video" does not help, chat support is limited in terms of discussing and exploring difficulties. The online classroom that we have for all other aspects of RE would be ideal for this. It would also enable better time management - I'd rather plan for a class than hope I have enough time to get through to chat support before I have to do other work. OLX has been tremendously oversold in it's abilities, use and particularly recurring payment management - unless there's something I'm missing. I'm sure I probably am missing something, but we need an educational space to explore this and make the most of this feature.
