Membership Form needs option to allow corporate gifts just as Donation forms do.
We had a donor who wanted to give a membership gift on behalf of its organization but he was unable to find a way to do so.
We use the option to allow corporate gifts on our general donation form, but this particular donor couldn't understand why this option was not available on the membership form.
