Enhance formatting options for email acknowledgments
Thanking donors effectively is so important. Not being able to add images, headers, etc -- even via just basic file upload & HTML, no need to have OLX's user interface -- severely limits our ability to engage our donors in the auto-acknowledgment. We can thank them beautifully in words for changing a child's life, but without a picture, the message will never be as impactful.
Please make it possible to add graphics to the automatic email acknowledgments that donors and event registrants receive.
