Add more gifts to specific donors in Event App
Our organization has 13 special events that we organize annually (yes 13). They raise a substantial portion of our annual operating budget. Transitioning to NXT Pro included the event module which we found was true asset for the amount of events we host. One challenge we face is in the event app. While I can check in event attendees and sell tickets at the door, I am not able to sell raffle tickets, 50/50, silent auction items, etc. and connect it directly back to their record. I have to go to the BBMS app to process those additional gifts then manually go back into the system to link the gifts to the donors so we can maintain accurate records.
Please, please, please... update the app to allow for "other gifts" such as raffle tickets, 50/50, silent auction etc. be added directly to the donor record. Also, if they are purchasing other gifts such as raffle or 50/50 that we can create buttons that already names them so when they transfer in we can see how much was raised in each area.
