Event forms need $ field without the benefit of a registration
We have several events with support levels that do not include a ticket to the event. For example, a hole sponsor, lunch sponsor, printing sponsor, etc. We need to add these fields to collect money without it displaying that the donation includes a registration. This is desperately needed.
