Auto Pay Solutions - Free up Staff from manual EFT batching and cancel out Third parties to bridge the Gap
Hello, We are in the next stages of launching our sustainable giving plan (monthly gifts) and are looking to see if anyone has an auto pay solution.
We have the EFT module and although it allows us the ability to except recurring gifts, it still ties a staff person to have to manually do the work meaning creating a batch, charging the cards, etc.
We are a small organization and if this staff person is away then we are not living up to our commitment of making sure we charge cards, say the 15th of the month, as promised to our supporters.
We need a Blackbaud solution to automatically charge the cards on a monthly basis or a preset schedule. There are other solutions out there that will do this work for us. We are hoping that BB will add this feature so BB clients do not have to opt into and pay third parties to bridge the gap.
We are embracing RE NXT fast so as BB encourages us to move "away from our desks" it is surprising that this hands free option is not already available. Thanks! Nancy Slyter

Yes, too much time babysitting online giving. Once I set it up it should charge the constituents account like other companies we have used. Then at the end of the month, one batch to post all payments.

Hey Nancy, I feel the same way! Fortunately, NXT is working on implementing an auto recurring gift process by the end of the year. I am hoping it will com every soon!
