Enable Enter key for navigation
Many users aren't savvy enough to know to use the Tab button to navigate a form. If you have the donation option enabled and they enter an amount there, hitting the Enter key does nothing. Since the rest of the form is hidden at that point, many users may instinctively hit Enter and not think to click out of the donation field or hit tab.
