Rather than allowing Online Express to create a new appeal code for every email we send, I’d like the ability to assign an existing appeal ID code. I don’t want lots of new appeal codes added. It junks up the appeal code list in RE, makes the gift entry appeal list too long and it impacts current reports we have based on appeal codes.
