Allow search by spouse field when linking constituent records
Currently, when linking constituent records, the search is only for the main constituent (which is mostly the head of household, i.e. husband). But many donations are made by the spouse, and to confirm the correct record is being linked, we have to pen constituent records to see who their spouse is. If we could have a search result that includes the spouse name, it would reduce 'linking' time (and perhaps improve auto-linked records.

Also, Make sure if the spouse did the online giving, that it doesn't change to head of household and you end up that both spouses have the same first name.
