See hard vs. soft bounce in performance stats
We would like the ability to see which emails hard bounced or soft bounced in the performance stats of Online Express so that we can better understand and optimize our email performance. It is frustrating and cumbersome to have to contact support anytime we need this data.

I agree and think this is a very important functionality that needs to be added. BBNC clearly differentiates between hard and soft bounces, and when using BBNC we typically find hard bounces make up only a very small percentage of total bounces. If we could filter by hard bounces in OLX, and ignore the soft bounces the process would be much more efficient.
