Add Address Field to Gift Preferences for In Honor/Memory
When a donor makes a donation, there's an option in Online Donation Form to indicate if it the donation is in honor or memory of someone. If in honor or in memory is for a specific person, this loses the value if the donor cannot indicate who should be notified about the donation. It would be very useful to the donor and the organization to include in Online Donation Form "Notify Name" and "Notify Address" as optional fields. Organization then can send an in honor or in memory notification to provided address. This would help establish trusted relationship between donors and the organization.
