When we get an online donation from a company, the system creates 2 records; one for the company and another for the name on the credit card. Why is it doing this? The name on the credit card should be added as a contact on the company record, not creating a new record. Now we have individual records with commercial addresses, and the address on the ind records doesn't spell out the name of the company. It just look like that individual lives (is a residential address). We do not add every contact as a new record when we do check entry, it should be the same premise for OLX.

To understand why OLX will no longer generate profiles for users when a corporation gives html5 games online, I'd want to know.
I would like to know why OLX will stop creating profiles when a company donates online as it is a quick way for users to create profiles, when OLX stops supporting it will cost many people.
Why not allow OLX to create a relationship record for the individual attached to the organization? That would allow us to keep track of who is paying by storing the CC information on the BIO2 tab of the Org on Bio2 where there is an option for that information.
Why does OLX (and BBNC) NOT allow an organization to make a gift (that lands on the organization's record?
