Transaction Details for Tribute gifts are poorly coded: Grammar/capitalization is incorrect

In Online Express auto-acknowledgments, when tribute gifts are enabled, the following text appears to the donor under Transaction Details (which we cannot edit):

"You have made this gift [Tribute Type] [Constituent for whom the tribute is designated]"

We believe this text should be completely removed from the Transaction Details. The grammar and capitalization will almost certainly not come out correctly for most organizations. It's not standard practice to name a Tribute Type something in lowercase, and if the tribute is meant for more than one constituent (say, a couple or a family), the sentence also ceases to make sense.

At the very least, this sentence will make donors assume the organization has made an error, rather than the coders of the form itself, and we certainly do not want to convey the impression to donors that we do not pay careful attention to their donations.

I agree. Mistakes in the auto thank you is not ok and there is no way to fix it on the user's end.

Totally agree with this. It gives a terrible impression of the charity's competence if the thank you acknowledgement has mistakes in it.
