Allow email lists to be pulled from event records so that guests, not just registrants, can receive emails.
We have many events where people can register guests with them. These guests are not automatically made into constituents, they just remain participants in the event. There are many times when we need to email ALL event attendees with important information but cannot do so because OLX email lists will not pull from an event query.
