Allow different fields for different price types
We are holding a residential seminar and would like like participants to sign up online. Price types are adult, child and under 3. We need to know details for children that are not relevant to adults e.g. school year, if a cot is required, if a highchair is required. The only way to do it at the moment is to put these as attributes, but adults are also being asked if they need a cot!
