Make mandatory event preferences optional
When a constituent buys a ticket, then the system asks for event preferences. These are asked on all ticket types and it would be good to only make this compulsory for some ticket types. For example not to ask these preferences on Children ticket, or for sub-event options (i.e. coming to the pre-event presentation)
