Event tickets - ability to set maximum per constituent and maximum per ticket type and event

When a constituent books an event online (via OE), we use different ticket categories. For example there may be a Dinner only option, and a Dinner and B&B option. Even though we make a note for registrants to select only one, constituents can, and are, still booking both. At the moment the system only allows a max ticket amount per ticket type, to avoid issues in a scenario like above it would be useful to have a maximum total ticket option (regardless of ticket type.

In our case, our events tend to be highly customisable for our constituents, so we usually have several ticket options available. The current behaviour means we have to do a lot of cleaning up, and we get complaints because events seem sold out when actually they aren't.

It would also be good to be able to set an overall limit per event and ticket type. For example, if we only want to make a certain number of guest tickets available, OE should automatically identify them as sold out while other tickets might still be available.

    please allow the max field to be increased from 10 so constituents do not need to enter multiple credit card charges to purcahse more than 10.
